Dalian Yongxu Cable Manufacturing Co., Ltd. held the 2014 year-end summary meeting and commendation conference.

  On January 13, 2015, the 2014 year-end summary and commendation meeting of Dalian Yongxu Cable Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was held in the conference hall. The meeting objectively reviewed the new achievements made by the company over the past year, summarized the development experience and existing shortcomings in the face of adversity, scientifically assessed the economic and social development situation in 2015, proposed the guiding ideology, goals, and main tasks for the year, and commended advanced workers and individuals. Chairman and General Manager Cui emphasized the need to always adhere to the principle of 'seeking progress while maintaining stability', actively adapt to the new normal, seize new opportunities, and unswervingly expand and strengthen the enterprise, starting from a new starting point to seek new breakthroughs, and jointly write a new chapter in Yongxu's development.

    The meeting was hosted by the chairman of the labor union, Chairman Yang, with General Wang and General Li respectively reading the list of award winners for advanced individuals and advanced workers in 2014. They also commended the advanced individuals and advanced workers.

    Cui pointed out that we must clearly recognize and actively address the difficulties and problems currently facing development, seize favorable conditions, overcome unfavorable factors, regard development as the only way out, build a consensus on development, strengthen confidence in development, and gather positive energy to promote development.

    Cui emphasized that in 2015, we should focus on four key tasks: first, unwaveringly pursue development while maintaining stability; under the not-so-favorable economic situation, all employees of the company should be full of practical spirit; second, continuously develop new products, with a brand new irradiation production workshop constructed and put into operation in 2015, thus providing good hardware conditions for Yongxu brand cables in fierce market competition; third, vigorously develop markets for marine cables, rubber-sheathed cables, oilfield special cables, mechanical processing cables, special cables, etc.; fourth, unswervingly strengthen the construction of the leadership team, middle management, and employee quality and skills, building a vibrant Yongxu. Cui required that the entire company should start from a new starting point, grasp new opportunities, seek new breakthroughs, and jointly write a new chapter in Yongxu's development, creating a more brilliant and beautiful tomorrow for Yongxu cables.
