Technology Center

The Technology Research and Development Center of Dayongxu Cable Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is the highest-level technology research and development institution of the group company, responsible for the technical demonstration, application for project approval, and implementation of major scientific and technological projects and technological transformation projects of the group. It is also responsible for the research and improvement of new products, new materials, and new processes, as well as the management of enterprise standardization, intellectual property, collection of scientific and technological information, and process technology management.
1. Institutional Setup

New Product Development Department
　　New product development is market-oriented, implementing a project leader system, and establishing project development teams, with project leaders organizing technical research, development, and market promotion of new products.
Technical Research Department
　　Conduct fundamental and applied research on the performance of material formulations and process characteristics for wires and cables, and perform reliability and durability experimental research on key quality characteristics of products.
Technical Service Department
　　Provide pre-sale, in-sale, and after-sale services, conduct technical analysis and experimental research based on technical issues raised by users, and ensure effective conclusions are provided to meet user requirements.
Science and Technology Information Department
　　Collect and analyze the latest technological development dynamics at home and abroad, provide feedback to the center director and various research departments, and implement patent applications and management.
Research and Experiment Department
　　Collaborate with the New Product Development Department, Technical Research Department, and pilot production factory to conduct experimental research, testing, and analysis of raw and auxiliary materials, intermediate samples, and products.
Pilot Experiment Laboratory
　　Provide small-scale and medium-scale testing venues for the application of new products, new materials, new processes, and new technologies.
2. Recent Achievements in Technological Development
　　* After ten years of hard work, the research and development of special cables for oilfield top drives has achieved comprehensive development, becoming a leader in products, materials, and technical services in this field in China. The oilfield top drive cable has been recognized as a key new product in the country, filling a domestic gap.
　　* Marine cables have reached an advanced level and have been recognized as a provincial key new product. Yongxu marine cables have won the title of a famous brand in Liaoning Province.
3. Development Goals of the Technology Center
　　* Direction: Aim for the development of new generation cable technologies in six key areas prioritized by the country: new energy, rail transportation, ship and port machinery, military, marine development equipment, and power transmission.
　　* Capability: Focus on enhancing independent research and development capabilities, continuous innovation capabilities, and achievement transformation capabilities.
　　* Mechanism: Emphasize the integration of industry, academia, and research, create a win-win cooperation mechanism, fully absorb and utilize social scientific and technological development resources, and build an 'open, fluid, united, competitive, and efficient' operational management mechanism.
