       The entire testing building has a beautiful environment and complete equipment, with more than 40 sets of testing devices. It includes complete raw material and finished product sampling and processing equipment, mechanical performance testing equipment for rubber, plastic, and metal materials, complete low-temperature equipment, pressure testing equipment, impurity and micropore testing equipment for materials, medium loss testing equipment, current-carrying capacity testing, etc. The combustion laboratory has testing equipment for bundle burning, fire resistance, cable smoke density, plastic smoke density, single vertical burning, and acid gas, among others. The testing center currently has 40 testing personnel, all of whom have a college degree or above, including 5 engineers, 3 assistant engineers, and more than 30 inspection personnel.
  The testing center strictly conducts product inspection work according to the current effective international standards and national standards, and has the capability for all type tests of rubber-sheathed cables, medium voltage and below power cables, control cables, and other products.

Introduction to the electrical performance testing laboratory
  Mainly conducts testing work for DC resistance, withstand voltage, dielectric loss, insulation resistance, working capacitance, capacitance imbalance, etc., for products such as power cables, control cables, rubber-sheathed cables, top drive cables, marine cables, special cables, and wind power cables. At the same time, it combines new product development to carry out some research projects.

Introduction to the structural and mechanical performance testing laboratory

  Mainly conducts structural dimension tests, tensile tests, low-temperature tensile tests, low-temperature winding tests, low-temperature impact tests, thermal aging tests, oxygen bomb (air bomb) aging tests, high-temperature pressure tests, thermal weight loss tests, thermal elongation tests, mineral cable impact extrusion tests, wind energy cable torsion tests, etc. All tests are conducted strictly according to the corresponding international standards or national standards.
Introduction to the material performance laboratory
  To control the quality of raw materials, the company has equipped a relatively complete set of raw material testing equipment and conducts factory verification and sampling tests strictly according to the "Technical Specifications for Raw Material Procurement". At the same time, based on the "Technical Specifications for Raw Material Procurement" and relevant technical requirements, it assesses products to ensure that non-conforming raw materials are not used unexpectedly. This guarantees product quality from the incoming raw materials. Additionally, to understand the characteristics of different materials, it collaborates on material development work to ensure that the six small elements in related products meet EU directive requirements, playing a certain role in the company's new material development.
Introduction to the combustion testing laboratory
  The combustion laboratory conducts testing work on the combustion characteristics of different products according to IEC and BS national standards. The main testing items include bundle burning tests, single vertical burning tests, fire resistance tests, hydrochloric acid and acidity tests, cable burning smoke concentration tests, plastic burning smoke density tests, oxygen index (including high-temperature oxygen index) tests, load burning tests, etc. All tests are conducted strictly according to relevant requirements.
