The company held a training conference for management personnel.

     On the afternoon of July 31, 2014, a management training report meeting was held in the third-floor conference hall of the office building of Dalian Yongxu Cable Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The company's chairman, vice presidents of various departments, and the chief engineer attended the report on-site to support this training activity, with a total of more than 40 management personnel participating in the training. This management training specially invited Ms. Jin Xingtong, an associate professor and PhD in management from Liaoning Normal University, with the training theme being 'How to Improve Execution Ability.'
    The report meeting lasted for 3 hours and used various forms such as storytelling, case studies, and games to explain in depth and in simple terms issues like 'how to select and appoint talent,' 'how to improve professional quality,' and 'how to enhance execution ability.' It also involved a joint analysis with managers on management difficulties such as improving employee loyalty, stimulating employee enthusiasm, and cultivating employee capabilities. This content has greatly benefited our employees in improving management skills, optimizing thinking concepts, and enhancing production efficiency.
